At MetroGlider LLC, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences, and we understand that plans may change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our tours. Please read this policy carefully before booking your tour with us.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. The amount of your refund depends on the timing of your cancellation in relation to your scheduled tour departure date.
Cancellations 60+ Days Before Departure:
Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations 30-59 Days Before Departure:
50% refund of the total tour price.
Cancellations 15-29 Days Before Departure:
25% refund of the total tour price.
Cancellations Less Than 15 Days Before Departure:
No refund will be issued.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
Any custom or private tour deposit.
Fees for optional add-ons, special events, or activities booked as part of your tour.
Travel insurance premiums.
Flights and other third-party services not directly provided by MetroGlider LLC.
3. Partial Refunds and Adjustments
If a customer leaves the tour after it has started for any reason (personal emergency, illness, etc.), no partial refund will be issued for any unused portion of the trip.
Any expenses incurred by the customer during the tour (e.g., meals, transportation, extra activities) that were not part of the original itinerary are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation by MetroGlider LLC
In the unlikely event that MetroGlider LLC must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, low enrollment, or other operational issues), you will be offered the following options:
A full refund of all payments made for the tour.
The option to transfer your payment to a future tour at no additional cost.
The option to reschedule to a different date or destination, subject to availability.
5. Tour Changes or Postponements
MetroGlider LLC reserves the right to modify or reschedule tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or local disruptions. If significant changes occur, we will offer the following options:
Accept the new itinerary or tour dates.
Receive a credit for the full amount paid to apply to a future tour.
Request a partial refund based on the changes made, as determined by MetroGlider LLC.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your request, and funds will be returned to the original method of payment.
7. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions. MetroGlider LLC is not responsible for any costs incurred due to travel delays, cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
