4. Travel Insurance

By booking a tour, you agree to the following responsibilities:
Passport and Visa Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond the end of your tour and for obtaining any necessary visas for your destination.
Health and Fitness: You are responsible for assessing your fitness and health for travel. Some tours may involve walking or other physical activities, and we recommend that you consult with a healthcare provider if you have any concerns.
Conduct: We expect all participants to behave respectfully toward other guests, guides, and locals. MetroGlider LLC reserves the right to remove anyone from a tour if they engage in disruptive or unsafe behavior without refund.

Tour Services: While we make every effort to provide high-quality services, MetroGlider LLC acts as an agent for third-party providers (e.g., hotels, transportation services, and guides). We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your tour due to circumstances beyond our control.
Force Majeure: MetroGlider LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics.
